在网上看到Tori Amos的名字，脑袋里面第一个反应出来的，是那首呐喊的Silent all these years，还有那首浅吟低唱的Parasol。Silent all these years可能会比较出名，我第一次听是在孙燕姿的一张翻唱专辑里面，当时觉得孙唱得挺不错的；再找到Tori的原唱，就被震住了，那种无奈，压抑，嘶哑呐喊的感觉表现得淋漓尽致，而且听的时候总是会不自觉的想到Nirvana的《Smell like a teen spirit》，可能是因为两者风格较像吧。
另外一首Parasol，我几年前无意从网上下过Tori的《The Beekeeper》专辑，里面第一首歌就是Parasol，当时旋律和歌曲的感觉完全就是让我过耳不忘，所以今天一想到这首歌，脑袋里面就不停的回响“When I come to terms to terms with this”，还有“Then the Seated Woman with a Parasol, may be the only one you can't betray, if I'm the Seated Woman with a Parasol...” 下载，戴上SR80，一听，背上再次冷汗直冒～歌曲还是氛围仍然是很压抑的，整首歌也没有太大的起伏；歌曲无论是旋律还是歌词都是压抑而郁闷的，可是就是很好听；所以我觉得在晚上听时就会有一种复杂的感觉。
